  Everything has been great, starting with the estimate they took time and explained everything and made sure to answer all my questions. Gave me different options and kept up with reminders and updates to the job

  Smouse Brothers did a great job on encapsulating my crawl space at the end of 2023. I sign up for their annual inspection for a nominal fee and they come out to check the crawl space to ensure the sump pumps and dehumidifiers are working properly. The report includes photos so that I can see what the space looks like (I'm not physically able to crawl down into that space). This makes me feel confident that my home's foundation/ structure is solid. I highly recommend the Smouse Brothers to anyone who has questions or needs repairs for their basement or crawl space.

  Eric and his crew were top-notch. They were so polite and told us what they were going to do each step of the way, and Eric answered all of our questions. They were a hard-working bunch! I would wholeheartedly recommend Smouse Brothers to anyone.

  Smouse Brothers came out to do an inspection on my home. They were polite and professional. The inspection went well I had no problems. Last year when the Smouse Brothers did my foundation inspection, they found one of my outside water faucet leaked under the house only when I used it. They found it early and it done very little to no damage to my home. For peace of mind, I have the Smouse Brothers come out every year and do a foundation inspection.

  We can't say enough about the quality of work, the professionalism, and the help Smouse Brothers has provided. We knew our house needed work when we bought it, and we were losing hope trying to find a contractor that would fix it well and, most importantly, not bail on us. Smouse Brothers came in and told us exactly what needed to be done with zero BS or false promises... EXCELLENT example of under-promising and over-delivering. We couldn't be happier with the work. Knowing our house is now structurally sound is a huge relief. Now we can move on to finishing the lower level and we are so grateful! Thank you!
