- SMStephanie Miller6 days ago5.0We bought our home here in June 2025 and began to notuce squeaks pretty much throughout the house, but the worst issue was the floor in the main bathroom was cracking, tiles breaking and grout popping up. We searched for the best company to use and called Smouse Brothers. After inspecting it, they found innumerable places shims had either failed or not been used at all. Today, Joshua and Jeremy came and crawled under the house to make all the needed repairs. No matter what those guys are paid, they deserve a raise! Very diligent, thorough and professional in their approach, they worked in tandem once the initial repairs were made the walk through the house, checking, tweaking and adjusting as needed. I could not be happier with the finished product. The best part; I did NOT have to go into that crawlspace.

Needless to say, I am not crawling under the house to check the work. I don't have too. My floors don't squeak and sag like before and my doors shut properly. Thanks to everyone involved. I really appreciate the hard work you did. And by the way, I think the work was done at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Smouse Brothers to anyone who needs foundation work done.

From the first inspection to the actual repairs Smouse Brothers was easy to work with and took time to discuss our concerns. They gave us an estimate with all the options available for this repair. There was no pressure to upsell. The job was well done. I would highly recommend Smouse Brothers!
