  I had Smouse Bros out to look at and advise me about my foundation cracks and the cause. Jake came out looked and suggested and Engineering analysis. That would advise exact corrective action. Repairs were scheduled over a 4 day period. Caleb and his partner were spot on time day one. Briefed me on the different processes that were going to take place. Day by day I was kept up to date. They always brought products with the to accomplish the days scheduled task. No running back and forth, just great planning. Shane came on final day to do grading. Project was completed on time and without unexpected problems. This company is very professional in project planning a execution. I could not be more pleased. I appreciated their approach and their very careful consideration of my cost. Great Company.

  After waiting months for a competitor to follow through and help with a basement leak, dealing with Smouse was a breath of fresh air. The initial inspection was scheduled promptly and the information provided was clear, thorough and on point. The process to schedule the work was simple and easy. Our technician, William, was fantastic - on time (actually early), friendly, knowledgeable, and got the work done faster than expected. The bill for the work was exactly as expected. Smouse Bros has been completely professional and easy to work with at every step. Highly recommend them for any foundation issues!

  A simple sidewalk and driveway project, which was above my ability and skillset, was properly assessed by Jake S. and the performed by William,a day earlier than promised. Will spent the time to educate me on the process and expectations of results and then did his job efficiently. He had a pleasant attitude, as well as attention to the details during his work efforts. Saved us a bigger project of replacing the entire sidewalk with the jacking support. Thanks one and all.

  Several years ago, we had the perimeter drain pipe, sump pump and dehumidifier installed and was needing to finalize the crawlspace encapsulation with a moisture barrier. After receiving multiple bids, and reading reviews, we chose Smouse Brothers to complete the work. Their bid was substantially less for the same materials and installation process. They also fixed some doors that were sticking by replacing deteriorating shims to raise and adjust the joists as needed. The Smouse Brothers and their installation crew (led by Eric) were pleasant to work with, answered all questions and concerns and later followed up with an inspection of the installation and address any possible issues. We highly recommend Smouse Brothers for crawlspace encapsulation work and floor leveling.

  My below grade sunroom would get large amounts of seepage under a hard rain. After seeing the nest and thorough job Smouse did for my neighbors I asked for an estimate. The estimate was right where I thought it would be and asked to be added to the schedule. The first day of work had to be set back 24 hours due to heavy rain and wind. I'd actually anticipated that would happen. The next three consecutive work days found the crew tearing up the area and installing waterproofing, and lines to carry excess water away followed by repairing the ground they disturbed to do the job. The job site has been thoroughly cleaned up, new grass seed spread and a hay cover put over it to retain moisture for the seed. Everyone I've dealt with at Smouse has been extremely cordial and personable. These are people who feel like friends and those are the best kind to have around to my way of thinking. I'd absolutely recommend their services to anyone in the market for their products.
