  SmithCo did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system. We had checked other prices, and SmithCo not only beat the competition but also delivered top-notch service. Austin and Peyton were excellent installers — professional, friendly, and patient in answering all of our questions. They explained everything clearly and left the area spotless. Matt, the owner, even followed up later to make sure we were completely happy with the system. The combination of fair pricing, quality workmanship, and genuine customer care makes SmithCo an easy 5-star choice!

  I would highly recommend SmithCo to anyone looking for a new HVAC system. The owner Mike was very responsive to my calls/texts and had a guy out to my house the same day. We decided to get a new HVAC installed. Gary and Tracey were amazing during the install. They left our house cleaner than they found it, were on time, quick, professional, friendly and SO considerate. When Gary installed the new thermostat he even asked about my daughter sleeping and was careful to be quiet during her nap. After the install they took time to review all the new products and make sure I understood everything. He even taught me how to trouble shoot some things if we do have an issue in the future to possibly save us a service call. We decided to utilize the 0% APR financing available and that process was quick and seamless as well through the SmithCo website. I can’t imagine a better experience. Thanks guys!

  Throughly pleased with the hard work these men put into our crisis! Please forgive me, as I don't remember the name of the older gentleman (maybe Dave?) that worked with Adam, as he deserves so much credit. These guys came out and assessed our problem of our AC not kicking on and gave us 3 options with honest estimates of repairs. They were not pushy, answered SO MANY questions, and were willing to work with us anyway possible to meet our needs. We decided to get a whole new unit as ours was really old. Thank goodness we did because just like the guy predicted, our old unit had a large crack in it that was leaking toxic fumes into our home! We felt comfortable allowing these men to be in our home while we weren't there and, man, did they win our trust. They were kind to our very energetic dogs who constantly get in the way, and never showed an ounce of annoyance with our very busy home. They installed a new unit, same day, in just a few hours, and had us cooled down to a tolerable temperature before bed! They worked in the grueling heat all day, so that we could sleep in comfort. Thanks guys, you rock!
