He took the time to go through and diagnose the problem and get it fixed for us. It was really nice to have our heater work when it needed to. Definitely will be using Queen City again for our HVAC needs, and I highly recommend them.

We weren’t able to budget for a new unit, and instead of pushing a replacement, they repaired our old one — which most companies wouldn’t even touch. They went above and beyond by rushing out to make sure our family stayed warm before the storm, and we are beyond grateful. Richard, Preston and Noah were great.very knowledgeable but also dedicated to doing their very best . In a matter of hours I had a new unit operating and the area all cleaned up. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am and how stress free the project was. I will definitely continue to use Queen City for my heat and air needs.
