  Tony promptly and professionally assessed and fixed the faucet under our kitchen sink very quickly. Also, he was very informative in helping to educate us on the best ways to permanently fix additional electrical, plumbing and HVAC projects for the near future. We are definitely looking forward to working with him again!

  Austin your representative came out and took pictures of our heating and air conditioning system and was very easy to understand what needed to be done. He took pictures of what he checked and also repaired. He was easy to understand and think he’s a great asset to your company.

  The home service package they offer is worth the money. Today Vincent came to do the routine check of all three units. (Heat,air and water heater) He did an outstanding job. He took his time and everything was checked and cleaned to perfection. Vincent has now became my go to guy. Nice job on hiring him Paschal. And, no he is not family and nor did he pay me for this review.😊

  Our furnace was not working properly and it was in the teens overnight. I was able to get an appointment for this morning. The technician came and found the issue. He fixed it and he also gave me some information about other parts of our furnace that we would need to keep an eye on. I was able to sign up for their maintenance program which helps with repairs and maintenance on our getting and cooling units. Great experience!!

  Update. Got a call from Robert. Guy really took the complain I had to heart and did his level best to correct my problems with the service I recieved. Upon doing what we both felt was right I am amending my review. I feel overcharged. They did what they said they would do and fro that I am happy. However they charged me $681 for less than an hour of work and a $12 piece of pvc pipe (checked at lowes). The work was cut a pipe, re hang and seal. In a crawl space that had about 3 ft of wiggle room. So this company charged me $165 for the $12 part and $516 for the install of the pipe again that probably took less than 15 minutes of work. This repair should have probably been in the $300 range as would have cost me under $30 to do. Thus feeling like they overcharged by more than double. Grt a quaote before these people come out, just doesn't seem like an honest company when it comes to your pocketbook. Could be wrong, but several people have told me I got ripped off.
