Clean Green (Miles McNeill) removed the mold from my home's crawlspace. He was fair, honest, and did not add items I did not need. I recommend him.

As a local realtor I have had the opportunity to recommend Miles and his team at Clean Green Restoration to clients several dozen times over the past couple of years. They have consistently met or exceeded expectations. I'm always confident that my recommendation in this company will always be met with appreciation.

I can't describe the feeling of gratitude and peace I have. We just finished building our custom dream home. It was perfect...BUT one problem....a musty smell under the house! I was so nervous and upset with this situation. I am a bit of a neat freak and I felt somewhat helpless to fix this on my own. The CGR team accomplished what I wasn't sure was possible! The musty smell coming from new construction mold in my crawl space is gone! We had some surface microbial growth on the underside of our sub floor and on some of the floor joints in our new construction crawl space due to not getting the floor poly and dehumidifier in fast enough after we encapsulated. We thought we had thought of everything-installing lights and fans for ventilation but didn't realize how fast ground moisture evaporation would effect the enclosed space. Tried bleach-which is not a cure. The mold was dormant after we had the humidity level in range with the space finished and conditioned but the musty smell remained. Miles (the owner and the nicest guy) explained that the dormant mold can still smell and release allergens even if spores are not active. It needed to be removed. I appreciate his knowledge and making me feel better about our decisions on how to build our crawl space. CGR removed it per EPA standards and did a top notch job. Our crawl space is now so clean--brand new and fresh! I can finally walk into my new home and not be hit with an occasional musty odor! We will all sleep better and have better health thanks to an informed solution from a great company. Very honest and fair pricing. Couldn't ask for for more-highly recommend!

Arrived exactly on time. Very pleasant in person and on the phone. Checked under my mother's house for moisture or mold and found none. The faith Miles restored to me with his honesty is extremely high. Spent a good amount of time inspecting it well too. I offered to pay for his time, it was refused. Thank you Miles. Appreciate and highly recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions About Clean Green Restoration

Why is smoke residue just as dangerous as the flames of a fire?

Smoke residue, or soot, is a hazardous byproduct of incomplete combustion. It contains harmful substances like carbon monoxide, benzene, formaldehyde, and heavy metals. Exposure can lead to various health issues, including respiratory problems and skin irritation. Beyond health concerns, smoke residue can cause significant property damage, resulting in discoloration, corrosion, and persistent odors. Additionally, water used in firefighting efforts often necessitates water damage repairs, compounding the restoration process.

What does CGR do to be more eco-friendly when it comes to fire restoration?

At Clean Green Restoration, we prioritize eco-friendly practices in our fire restoration processes. We utilize environmentally safe products and equipment whenever possible. During water damage repairs and other restoration activities, we make a concerted effort to recycle removed materials, thereby minimizing our environmental impact.
