  Do not use them for septic inspection. They will flat out lie to sell you a replacement. We had to get a second opinion.

  EXCELLENT & professional service and they arrived quickly when my water went out. THANK YOU!! A+ This is my 2nd time to use this company. (Both times because of storm damage/surges) Both times I was very pleased! Very pleasant employees at the office and in the field! I appreciate the caring attitudes!

  Total con artists. They charged us $175 just to show up after the fact, without ever clearly informing us there would be a service call fee. There was no transparency upfront, and that is completely unacceptable. The visit lasted roughly 10 minutes. When I politely asked if the charge could be prorated to reflect the actual time spent, she doubled down, became defensive, and copped an attitude. Instead of trying to resolve the concern, she acted as if she was justified in taking the full amount regardless of the circumstances. This felt dishonest and exploitative. Buyer beware. They charge far too much for far too little, and customer service is clearly not a priority. I will not be using their services again.

  Called them this past Sunday because my water was out but not frozen walked them through what I kinda thought was going on, they gave me things to check and warned me of the worst case scenario but gave me good info on what to check and how to fix it myself. They helped me find an affordable solution, even checked back to make sure it worked, and then answered and gave me answers on finalizing my fix the next day. 10/10 in my opinion! Last place I had called said why would I tell you when I can charge you and hung up. They answered all my questions and for the clear expertise they had in the matter will be my first call when it comes to thing I can’t do.
