  The receptionist was very rude and wouldn’t answer a simples question like if they service my area until she collected all of my private information. At the end it turned out, they don’t service my area, and they don’t even know what other Morton’s location does. I can only imagine how the rest of the experience of building something with them would go. Unpleasant customer experience. I understand their system is set up this way, (bad business model by the way) but at least be understanding towards your customer. Do I want to contact other locations after this? Not so sure.

  I called the Mexico, MO location to get information about purchasing a building. Lady that answered said she would have a sales representative call me back. Its been 3 days and I have still not been contacted. I guess they are just too busy for any new business.

  I contacted the Clinton location of this company multiple times and left messages with receptionist and they never return your call.. to me if you cannot return a call and you give info on what your looking for then they most likely will not show up to do the job or don’t care enough to do a good job. 1st impression shows everything on quality and reliability in the construction process.
