  When faced with having to take a cold shower and a holiday weekend approaching, Marcus, Ross and their team had me up and running with a new water heater in a day! They did some other work for me previously (adding an outlet, hooking up gas line for new stove) that was also exceptional, which is why I am a repeat customer!

  We had Property Pros do some painting for us and they did a great job! They showed up on time, did excellent work, were very professional and cleaned up every day when they left. I would highly recommend this company!

  I used Property Pros to gut, remodel, and expand an original bathroom in my 1950s ranch home. It was a somewhat complicated project because of the age and location of the original bath within my home, the changes I wanted to make, and the extremely small space, tight utilities, etc. I consulted with Pro Cabinets (their sister company) on the design work, but a friend ended up doing the design for me. I still purchased almost everything through Pro Cabinets because of the combined labor and materials warranties. That was a selling point for me. Marcus and team were responsive, dependable, friendly, and professional from the initial walkthrough all the way to the end of the project. I felt comfortable with everyone who came through my home. They were great with my senior dog who is used to being home by himself during the day, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. The prices seemed fair — not the highest or the lowest — and there were no surprises at the end. Despite a mishap that resulted in several weeks of delay, I am still giving them 5 stars. Marcus was honest and apologetic about what happened and worked to remedy the situation, while keeping me informed. It seemed like a highly unusual situation for them. Mistakes happen, and I appreciated the way they tried to address it. Even though it took a bit longer, I’m very happy with the end result. The new bath has made a huge difference in the value and function of my home. I would definitely recommend Property Pros to others.

  Ross at Property Pros fixed many things in our house for a sale! Everything looked great and our house sold in 4 days at full price, even with interest rates soaring and a crashing housing market.
