  Took 125 year-old painting my great grandmother had done to them to be cleaned, mounted on new canvas and frame plus repair the Gilded frame around it. It was so dirty beforehand from the decades of candlelight, oil lamp fumes, cigarette smoke plus the dust and grime which build up. You could not see the details of all. Now you can see the tree branches you can see the boulders the clouds and it’s just stunning the transformation that took place as Joe cleaned it very carefully. My father who is 100 years old grew up with this painting so I was able to drop it off yesterday and he was surprised and commented how bright and beautiful it is. I highly recommend them and if I had another painting to take down for them to clean, I would do it.

  One star bc no stars were not an option. Upon meeting the owner, I showed him a handful of items I wanted cleaned as well as my master bedroom Clothing and ONE other closet. After I left they Proceeded to go through every room even the basement which was not part of the loss. There was no transparency on pricing and until the brought me these things back with an astronomical bill, I had no clue. They are now responding to my complaints with things that are not true. They took things that were already documented as a total loss. BEWARE!!!!

  I have a large vintage oil painting that sustained damage to the hand-made frame during shipping via UPS. I had Prism restore the frame (two corners) and clean the oil painting as well. Brian and his team did a fantastic job restoring the frame and painting, and they did a great job giving me clear timelines and expectations. The price was very reasonable for such specific work, and I would recommend this business to others.

  I used ERS for repair of my home electronic systems. They were amazing to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional and very knowledgeable - cant beat that!
