- WLWilliam lyOct 24, 20251.0What could have been a smaller repair turned into a much bigger mess that affected multiple apartments, including mine. First Onsite failed to properly secure a tarp on the roof, which caused even more rainwater to leak into the property where I live and damaged apartments further. Communication was slow. There was a lot of confusion about when repairs would happen and how long it would take. The situation dragged on much longer than necessary because of poor planning and lack of follow-up. Overall, I would not recommend First Onsite based on this experience. If you’re looking for a company that communicates well and takes responsibility for protecting your property, I’d look elsewhere.

He is responsive, listens, explains things in a way that the customer understands, he is open to feedback, he collaborates with the customer, and it is obvious he cares about us - his customers. Steve Becker from the Contents Division was also a saint. He came into our lives at a terrible time and no matter how many times we asked the same question he patiently and professionally answered them. He checked in on us, came out multiple times to guide us through the process, and make sure that things were moving forward. Steve was compassionate, the consummate professional, and a great asset to us getting our lives back after this disaster.
