Upon meeting the owner, I showed him a handful of items I wanted cleaned as well as my master bedroom Clothing and ONE other closet. After I left they Proceeded to go through every room even the basement which was not part of the loss. There was no transparency on pricing and until the brought me these things back with an astronomical bill, I had no clue. They are now responding to my complaints with things that are not true. They took things that were already documented as a total loss. BEWARE!!!!

I had Prism restore the frame (two corners) and clean the oil painting as well. Brian and his team did a fantastic job restoring the frame and painting, and they did a great job giving me clear timelines and expectations. The price was very reasonable for such specific work, and I would recommend this business to others.
