He walked us through the entire insurance process, which was more complex than we anticipated, and was incredibly knowledgable not only about the process but the products and what would be best for our home. Marco even came by after the work was completed to ensure we were satisfied and answer any additional questions we had. The install crew was great. They were quick, left the house/yard spotless and did high quality work. We will absolutely use K-Pro as our go-to for roofing and renovation!

And most importantly, they went to bat for us when insurance was trying to avoid covering a good chunk of it. Ultimately got everything covered minus deductible. Marco was fantastic!

Robbie came by to take me on the roof, and shortly after I had a new roof. Easy as that! I didn’t talk to the insurance company, and I didn’t dealt with them. I wanted to know the numbers, Robbie understood that, and made it happen. A few weeks later, new roof! I had him go check out my other properties after using him on this one, and he sent me some drone pictures but told me they don’t need replaced. Honest guy, hard workers to do the roof in one day while I was at work, and all around positive experience. Fingers crossed I don’t have to use KPro for a few years, but they will be getting the call when I do
