  Sales guys do a great job selling, but the techs are awful. They installed a new furnace but the techs wired the furnace incorrectly and they tried to tell me that my thermostat was broken and left... I called the manager the next day and he fixed their mistake, but sure didn't leave me a good impression... a year later I called to do a service on the furnace and water heater, the guy came, was unable to do the service on the water heater and didn't perform the service on the furnace either and left... again waste of my time to take time off to be here to wait for the guy... I won't be calling them again... unfortunate
