  Chris and his team helped make our whole home transformation a reality. They took care of setting up new siding, trim, soffits, fascia, stone work, new deck with a roof, painting, gutters and more all for a reasonable price, great service and great communication. We will definitely be using them for future renovation projects. Every single team that Chris brought out to work on each part of the project was great to work with and clearly cared about their craft. Special thanks to Carlos and his siding crew. Their attention to detail and care for their work is second to none. Carlos was great at spotting areas where we could make improvements in the design. It’s clear that Carlos truly cares about the quality of his work.

  I will definitely do business with Great Plains again. We had some issues with the first installment of our front and back doors after we had paid in full but Chris took care of us and now we love our doors! It did take months but it was made right. Thank you Great Plains

  March of 2022 Great Plains Exteriors fixed our west wall of our home and sided all four sides. Nick Koontz was the sales and project mgr. He was not truthful many times. The workers do not know how to cut and place the outside insulation. My husband had to cut it for them and tell them how to do so as the job lead was gone that day. They did not know how to do much on their own. They put a ladder against a window that could have broke. They did break the basement window. The crew is lousy under Igor. The owner came out once with Nick to look over a problem on the west wall and he was not nice. I texted Nick to come back and fix the siding on the west wall 10-29-24 , he replied he will get someone on this and he will follow up with a few dates to meet. No reply, so on 11-5-24 I texted again saying I haven't heard back from him. No reply to this date 10 months later. We will not have Great Plains back again now. They do not stand by their warranty and they do not take care of the customer. They also do not know how to seal around windows. The way they want to do so will leak.

  Replaced 25+ year old siding and windows I can not say enough good things about the whole experience!! Trent was very knowledgeable about the quality of the products and how beneficial their siding and windows would be for our home and then explained how beautiful the new siding and windows would be ( definitely was right about that). He was very patient and listened as we were trying to decide on the color of our windows and siding. We really weren't sure how things would go...but once the project began Carlos introduced himself and made sure we didn't have any questions. He and his crew went straight to work. Everything was cleaned up every day at the end of their work day. Carlos was very knowledgeable and skilled when it came to creating the look I was wanting. The crew was absolutely friendly, diligent and skilled with their work . Our home has gables that really needed help...once i finally decided what to do with them Carlos surprised me and created the cover for the gable to look like my old siding....I absolutely love it!!! Kinda made me feel like I was holding on to my old siding (home)...just meant a lot to me ( which was a surprise how that made me feel). These guys are super nice, knowledgeable and skilled. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thanks you guys!!!! Karen Ramirez

  We had the front of our house replaced with Hardie board siding and Nick Koontz was our salesman. Nick was very personable and explained all cost and warranty regarding workmanship and product. The crew did a great job and it looks great. I would highly recommend using Great Plains!
