After selecting some tile I was interested in, set up an appointment for a measurement and estimate for installation. The estimate I was given exceeded the actual square foot of my bathroom by 25 square feet. When I returned the tile samples I had taken I spoke to a salesperson about the estimate. I pointed out the discrepancy in square footage and was told the original bid had been formulated wrong and they corrected it. I accepted the corrected bid. Installer showed by promptly on the day of the install. Seemed polite and professional. Another worker showed up for a while to assist. Again, polite and professional. Day one install went well from what I could see, tile was all laid. Day two, only required one installer. Grout was installed. Upon completion he collected his tools and then asked that I look at the floor. With newly installed grout, he asked that no one walk on it for “three hours or so”. I agreed and thanked him for his work. The next day when I went into the bathroom, I was shocked by what I saw. He used my newly installed - never used - shower stall to rinse his sponge or dump his bucket in, leaving grout all over the shower pan. I found grout and sponge swipes with remnants of grout four feet up my newly painted walls. I had greasy handprints on my newly painted doors and doorframes. I spent the good part of an afternoon cleaning up all that and grout and mortar that didn’t get properly cleaned off the floor. Though I might buy tile from them again, I would ABSOLUTELY NOT have them install it. 4 stars for the tile 2 stars for the tile installation 0 stars for the grout installation 0 stars for cleanup

  I liked the carpet I picked out. All Bob's employees were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Bob's process is very easy. Contractors doing the installation were very fast and seemed to do a good job; but be aware that you will have to clean up some little things after the contractors are gone.

  Bought tile there for three bathrooms and was told would need threshhold strip at a cost of $100. Purchased everything only to find out from contractor that strip was not necessary. Took back and was told the strip was non returnable. This should have been told to us when purchasing. Salesperson had completely lost interest in trying to help after the purchase. I agree with others that l would never buy anything here again.

  We were looking for flooring that matched our current flooring and was striking out until we met Dave at the BBQ in Liberty. He was able to find us exactly what we were looking for, almost identical to our other flooring. What wasn't told to me, was that my order, probably like many others, was a special order. They recommended we purchase extra above the needed square footage and we were told that we could return any unused. Apparently, that's not true when you have a "special order" so we ordered 2 extra and now we're stuck with them. I'm still working on getting them refunded but beware and make sure you ask those questions. If it's not in their warehouse then it's a special order, no matter if it's in the display area of the store or not.

  They have been in business for decades for a reason - they do great work and can help with just about any option of flooring you can think of. Mike and the team are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
