- DJDominique JonesApr 9, 20255.0Our company uses Tropic Air for our commercial Hoshizaki refrigerators, freezer and ice machine. When I initially found the company last March, they were the only ones who got back to me same day, also with the ability to work on Hoshi equipment. They dispatched a technician out to our office that same day and we’ve been working together ever since. Natasha is wonderful with communication and clarity, she remembers we have busy days and less busy days that are easier for techs to work in our kitchen. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, transparent and efficient. They’re focused but will interact with folks in passing. Every experience with Tropic Air has been seamless. These are not cheap services, so it’s really relieving to have a quality experience from start to finish, consistently. Reach out to these guys — you won’t be disappointed.

Justin, Robert, Jessica, Natasha, and a couple other technicians all were pleasant to work with and got our new system installed and working great for us. All Electric, Luxaire high efficiency heat pump. It qualified for a Rebate through Evergy and also a Tax Credit and Natasha stayed on top of it all to get me the documents and contact I needed with Evergy to get the Rebate. Their prices were competitive and options to work for our budget and options of different brand name quotes were great. They received the equipment quickly and made arrangements to get it installed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them and trust them for any of your HVAC needs. - BGBrian GreenAug 19, 20225.0Called another company on late Fridayfor my ac not working. I was told they wouldn't make it out till Monday. I then tried tropic air and was told someone could be out to be in the next hour! They came out it was frozen. They got it unfrozen and checked all my levels and cleaned it and within a hour i was up and going! Highly recommend! Thank you!
