  First of all JOE came out from LSH&C. He was just great, explaining everything about our ac noise which was the compressor going out. We could chance it or go ahead with a new one. We realized it had been 24 years ago when it was installed so time to go ahead and get a new one. He was very good at answering any questions we had and then Tanner and Joe both explained options for installation. They bent over backwards to share insights into plans and guarantees, size of unit, and answered any questions we had. Then the shocker, they could begin the very next morning! So then Vincent and Joe came out bright and early and literally hammered it out, professional, yet personable, put down tarps on our rug so no mess, went over every single question we had. We were very surprised at how smooth everything went. All four of these individuals from Lees Summit Heating and Cooling were excellent to deal with. We would recommend their services and are extremely pleased with the results they gave us. We are also an older couple so we appreciated all their patience and courteous ways to explain things in a way we understood. Thank you LSH&C!!!!

  Big decision choosing HVAC replacement. Start to finish, I've been very satisfied with the process: from bid, to install, to adjustments. So far, so good. It's a new system so one could/should expect a few hic-ups. I must say, the employees have been remarkable, willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are working correctly. From initial evaluation and follow-up (Joe Crowley) to bid (Dylan Heberling), to install (Devante Trotter and Travis Miller) to service (Justin Reed). These men are a special group. Whoever did the hiring brought their A-game. There may be some minor bumps in the road, adjustments, etc.; however, I am confident I have a management and service team that will make things right. And that makes all the difference in the world. To Devante, thank you for your sincere efforts and genuine attention to your customer. To Dylan, thank you for your diligence, respect, and TRUST most of all. Thank You Lees Summit Heating and Cooling.

  I'm in search of a new HVAC company, one who works with American Standard. Scheduled an appointment for a leak search several days in advance knowing that I'd be home from work on said day. I picked a 12-4 arrival window. At 1pm I received a phone call telling me that all the techs were busy with long jobs and nobody would be able to come out today. There was no apology. Just a call us back to reschedule. I get that sometimes these jobs take awhile but the fact that I scheduled it so far in advance makes me think I should have been at or near the top of the list for appointments, especially given that the day I booked they offered to have someone out the same day. I will think about rescheduling but my first taste of this company left alot to be desired.

  THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!!! I’ve been working with them for a few years— they always go above and beyond!! They are skilled, knowledgeable, very honest, trustworthy and full of integrity. David was the technician who helped me with a house in Morningside today— he was on time, updated me via phone and texts throughout the time of service, very communicative and clear about pricing, and concluded the job with a thorough analysis and update of all that he did. He took his time and I felt very confident I was in great hands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

  I was out of town when my heat pump decided to quit working. I called LSHC from the airport in AZ to schedule what I assumed was going to be a very expensive solution. Turns out a capacitor went bad. Trevin was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I did not need a new unit (yet) but I know where the business is going when I do. Thanks LSHC for getting me back up and going.
