When I initially found the company last March, they were the only ones who got back to me same day, also with the ability to work on Hoshi equipment. They dispatched a technician out to our office that same day and we’ve been working together ever since. Natasha is wonderful with communication and clarity, she remembers we have busy days and less busy days that are easier for techs to work in our kitchen. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, transparent and efficient. They’re focused but will interact with folks in passing. Every experience with Tropic Air has been seamless. These are not cheap services, so it’s really relieving to have a quality experience from start to finish, consistently. Reach out to these guys — you won’t be disappointed.

I then tried tropic air and was told someone could be out to be in the next hour! They came out it was frozen. They got it unfrozen and checked all my levels and cleaned it and within a hour i was up and going! Highly recommend! Thank you!
