  I had a project that I needed some stucco and siding repair on my home. I was referred to Ryan Gill at KCRR Solutions. He came out and met with me and walked with me around the house looking at the different areas of repair. Ryan is a really good person to work with and discuss your project. I received a fair quote and we started the project within 4-6 weeks of signing the contract. As with MANY AND MOST projects, once the work began it was determined the problem was bigger than once thought, so a change order was needed. The change order was fair and the work continued. Their team worked tirelessly to complete the project with an eye for quality and to make sure I was pleased. I worked with Ryan, Colby (and his team of guys), Chris, Charles, Jose, and Sarah and found each of them to be good people and a pleasure to deal with. Finding trustworthy contractors is a very difficult challenge for homeowners and I was pleased with this experience.

  These folks were some of the most professional contracting companies I have worked with. They provided a very competitive quote in a reasonable amount of time and completed the project sooner than I was quoted. Overall I couldn't have been happier with KCRR Solutions and I will absolutely be reaching out in the future when the need arises.

  Initially, the owner, Ryan, was very responsive when developing our bid. After some minor changes, we agreed to the terms and paid roughly $40k for them to start the work. After 90 days, they had only completed our roof repairs. Within the 90 days, I patiently asked when the bulk of the project would start, I only got excuses. To make matters worse, the office staff and in-house interior designer was consistently rude and seemed put off when I asked for explanations or expressed concern about how promises were not kept. I ultimately fired them and contracted with another company that has been delayed, but the experience has like night and day. This company assigned a dedicated crew to my project and most the delays have been around supplies not being available. This is a major project that has lasted over six months, but honestly, the client service and quality of the work with this new company has made a significant difference. Lastly, KCRR has a poor track record with third party vendors. After telling my furniture maker that we chose a different company, he stated, “I’m not surprised, they are disorganized.” Ordinarily, I would not have posted such a bad review, but someone on their team asked if I would do so. This was two months after I terminated their contract. This shows you the lack of internal communication, but no one has ever called to apologize.
