There were a few hiccups during the installation but Jack made sure everything was done right before finishing the job. Crew worked hard and were on time. I had used Harmons before for carpet install as well. Will never go anywhere else.

Owner was reasonable when discussing a scope difference and was able to work through it swiftly. Only drawback was on the last day of carpets, did not fully vacuum the new carpets since they were running a bit late but not that big of a deal. 4 out of 5.
