- CCCleon Curtiss2 days ago5.0My floor drain in the laundry room started backing up when the washing machine drained. After both the kitchen sink and the toilet also started bubbling up in the floor drain I called Barnes. They were in the area, came within three hours of me calling. Joseph spent almost 2 hours and finally found a spot about 50 feet out that didn’t wanna let him through and he worked until it did.
- TPTracey PizanoApr 1, 20261.0I cancelled my service with them on October 29, 2025. I had put a down payment of $1000. I was told numerous times that the refund check was mailed out. I still haven’t received my refund. At this point, my only other option is to take them to small claims court. There was many inconsistencies on estimates they provided on my two properties. I was told I needed all new water lines on one property. I was given a verbal estimate of $4200. I never once received any estimates in writing. My husband replaced the spigot on the main water line for $6.50. On our other property there was several dates that no one showed up. I constantly called requesting follow up on estimate. After again getting only a verbal estimate in a wide range we decided we don’t like the way they practice business. Please be careful on who you use. Never give a down payment on services before rendered to Barnes Plumbing.
