The unit is always clean upon delivery, and the servicemen are punctual and dependable each week for maintenance. Harley has set up several rentals for me and is always courteous and helpful over the phone. She was the reason I continued using United after my first time. Josh handled a concern i had recently about an upcoming monthly rental, and was quick to bring the attention to a supervisor so that my concern could be addressed/corrected quickly and efficiently. When he later noticed another glitch, he immediately reached out to let me know the issue had been addressed and corrected (without my need to handle anything). I will continue to use United Rentals in the future, as they have proven their dedication to me, their customer, and to our partnership!
