Then we were selling that same house earlier this year and radon levels came back slightly elevated. He came out and diagnosed and repaired the issue (which was not his fault) at no additional cost. Highly recommend!

Both were times he picked on days I had completely open. The first time I called him at T+30 and he said I was on his one calendar but the appointment hadn't migrated to his work calendar. The second time I didn't bother to do a wellness check. Edit: Ron, don't you remember me giving you crap for using Google Assistant to screen your business calls, and you said it got tuned on after an update and you couldn't figure out how to turn it off in settings? Come on, now.
