- TMThomas MatthewAug 17, 20221.0I really wanted this company to look at my driveway. I made multiple attempts to communicate, but ultimately the communication was extremely poor. A summery..... I filled out the online form to have an estimate of my driveway. I got an email from the owner, asking me when he could come by. I responded but I don't think I heard back. I filled out the online form a second time. This time I got an a marketing type generic email about services the company performs. I responded again to the owner and told him I'd try one more time to figure out a time. He suggested a date that didn't work. I offered that he could come by while I'm not here to estimate the project, or I suggested multiple other times. I have still not heard back. I'm giving up. I'm sorry to give a low rating but my experience was bad enough that I would not recommend the company. Edit: In response to the owner's response...I had already offered two days this week. I just heard nothing back until I wrote the review.
