  Purchased a brand new Milwaukee drill set that came with two 5.0 batteries. One battery wouldn't charge out of the box. Looked up nearest "Milwaukee certified" service center near me on Milwaukee's website. Called White Cap about my issue. The guy kept telling me to go on the Milwaukee website and contact them to get a replacement. After explaining to him their store is listed as a service center. He just kept telling me to go online and that their service tech is out for awhile. So I looked up the next closest service center on the website. Gave them a call. The employee asked for the battery model, my name, and number. Then said he would order one for me. I wouldn't recommend this place to warranty anything Milwaukee. The Shawnee service center was much more helpful and less of a hassel.

  Had to order a concrete mixer through them, the heart and soul of my business. Their salesman told me 7 days to have it built and shipped to my location. We're now sitting at 28 days, they won't respond to my email asking for an update, and I've lost out on TONS of business due to me taking them at their word. I had to shell out more money to buy a temporary mixer because I couldn't wait any longer, but it produces nowhere near the amount of concrete I need to keep up with demand. They aren't building the mixer, just the middleman, but don't promise something you can't deliver on. Terrible communication on their part and pretty unreliable as it would seem. UPDATE: Brandon, the branch manager at this location, got involved after he found out about this and was very helpful. Gave me a small refund and communicated very well. He assured me this company is much better than the service I received, so hopefully others and potentially me in the future have a far smoother experience than this one.
