However, my complaint is with their lack of communication and the Corporate-like service prices. I had the fan motor break on my AC so I called Weirac because they are VERY close, 2 blocks away, and I wanted to help small businesses during these hard times. I figured with them being so close and a small business they would be reasonably priced. I was wrong, very wrong. The average price online says it’s anywhere from $300-$600. And I was charged $550, and they’d “bump it down” if I payed cash. They were here for 1 hour and 10 minutes and the part online is anywhere from $50-$100. Since then I have messaged them 3 different times trying to get a bill for my service, justifying their price and I have been completely ignored. I need a bill to give to the company I work for, so they can reimburse me for my payment. All I received was a bill saying “Replaced condensor fan motor”, which is not going to work for my company. All in all they were very quick and they did the job. Just be wary that you’re going to be charged “corporate-like” prices with bad communication. I would not recommend this company unless you have no other options.
