  Connor installed a new water heater for us and I would 100% recommend him! He was professional, patiently answered all my questions and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Call these guys with all of your home water system needs!

  At 6p.m. I hear what sound like running water outside. I start to look around and about 20 minutes later opened the basement door to find the basement floor covered in water. I found that my 27 year old water heater had decided to give up and water was flowing heavily out the top! I tried to shut the valve on the hot water heater but it was frozen and the handle broke. I had to shut off the main line. I had a contract with Platte Clay Electric for water heater coverage and decided to call them around 8 p.m. They gave me the information I needed then said they would contact their contractor to call me the next day. I asked them to send me the contractor information. When I checked my email the next morning at 6:00 a.m. I saw that the "Water Heater Guy" and his phone number were listed. Thinking it too early to call I looked up their website. It indicated that they were open. I thought, "Well I can at least leave a message at that time in the morning." I was shocked when on the third ring I hear, "This is Mike." I told him who I was and he said, Oh yes, you are the one with the broken water heater. (He had already read the email) I said yes I am and we proceeded to discuss a plan for the situation. He told me that they would at least get the valve fixed so we could get the main water supply back on and he would try to get the new water heater in, if not that day, then by the next. At 12 noon Conner arrived and went to work taking out the old one and putting in the new one. (Ours is a little more complex because it runs connected to our in-ground heat pump system.) At 3:15 p.m. we finished the "paperwork." I had an errand to run and got home an hour later feeling wonderful hot water again! What a great experience under the circumstances. I Thank them Greatly!

  Responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Those are the qualities I experienced with Mike when my water heater failed recently. Workmanship is second to none.

  Connor was prompt for the scheduled appointment, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He even assisted me with a none related task (took maybe 2 minutes) that he did not have to volunteer to do. Could not ask for better service.

  The Water Heater Guy provided exceptional service when installing a new 66-gallon AO Smith electric heat pump water heat. He was on time, detailed-oriented and knowledgeable about all aspects of the water heater installation from plumbing to electric panel changes. I especially liked how he tied down all the drain lines. He also installed a pressure control valve which fixed a long term problem with excessive water pressure. The Water Heater Guy was a good communicator, affordable and did expert installation.
