  I had my carpets cleaned by this company and was very disappointed. Though my carpets looked a bit cleaner, I was told via text that the carpets would be damp to the touch. This was definitely not the case. I finally got out my Bissell carpet cleaner and extracted a good deal of very dirty water. My water shoes, which have a rubber sole, were soaked to the top after working on my carpets. I spent a couple of hours extracting dirty water from my carpets. I reached out to the company explaining my dissatisfaction; they immediately got on the defensive and refunded $25. I wasn’t looking for a refund; I wanted them to come back and to a better job of cleaning and extracting the water. He arrived late, spent an hour at most, and left me with at least a couple of hours work to do on my own. I paid $319 for this service. Also, when I wanted to use a credit card to pay, he told me the credit card company would charge me extra for using it. I do feel cheated.

  I had a great experience with Swifty Steam Cleaning! They worked with me on scheduling and responded to all of my questions quickly and professionally. I really appreciated how detailed they were — they asked specific questions beforehand to make sure they brought the right products and equipment for the job. They explained all the steps they would be taking, kept me updated throughout the process, and gave me a full update at the end. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a thorough, quality job. I completely trust their work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, detailed, and professional steam cleaning services!

  Gerardo was fast, and professional! My filthy white chair came out beautiful. I was sooo pleased. He also did a wonderful job on my couch. I highly recommend Swifty steam cleaning!!

  Great carpet cleaning! Our carpet tech was professional. The extras were a bit expensive but he wasn’t pushy at all and honored the specials that were quoted. The normal cleaning worked great for us!
