It was a multi-level nightmare, but Restro Pro handled it with incredible expertise. From the start when I called at 6pm, Bri Hullet immediately came and walked us through what we needed to do and explained not only the mitigation process but what to expect as well. Bri was here until 11pm to set up high-end equipment to ensure every level of our home was properly dried out. The following days were all demolition and clean-up. Within that time frame, we also got a chance to meet with Chris Daily, and the rest of their team. I knew then that we were in good hands. But what really impressed us was the reconstruction phase. Brandon Bierman, Reconstruction Project Manager was very easy to deal with and so with his crew. They didn’t just leave us with a dry house; they put it all back together perfectly. They handled the bathroom repairs, the garage ceiling, the hallway closet, our hardwood floors and the basement finishes with amazing attention to detail. It was such a relief to have one point of contact for such a complex project. They even assisted with the insurance paperwork, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. The craftsmanship is top-notch—you would never know we had water running through three floors of our home.
