- THTodd Hietpas4 days ago1.0Disappointed as Ron was highly rated and referred by someone I trust, but he no-showed, no-called twice on the consultation. Both were times he picked on days I had completely open. The first time I called him at T+30 and he said I was on his one calendar but the appointment hadn't migrated to his work calendar. The second time I didn't bother to do a wellness check. Edit: Ron, don't you remember me giving you crap for using Google Assistant to screen your business calls, and you said it got tuned on after an update and you couldn't figure out how to turn it off in settings? Come on, now.
- IWIan WarnerFeb 16, 20263.0Radon Ron was solid. They do excellent work but there there communication could be much better. They did get the job done and the mitigation system is now working. It just took multiple appointments and I had to be home and I was never sure when they were coming. In a season in my life where there is just so much going on this experience felt like another thing to manage vs being a customer that is being taken care of.
