I quickly realized Tim was the right option for us. A quickly dismissed the bob hamilton representative. He was able to fix the issue and recommend some additional fixes. He taught me and showed me things about my house I had no idea were there! Chris was also very friendly and fun to talk to and really walked me through all my options, without trying to upsell me. He really has a philosophy of taking care of his customers and doing the best work possible! I would recommend Inception Plumbing to anyone and would try to refer Christopher Smith to do your work. Truly amazing work!

Chris came with his supplies and went to work as expected finishing nuts, bolts and pipe repairs installment of valves, only the job a professional knows how to do. It's quite obvious Chris has a background when it comes to this kind of work. I couldn't have asked for a better job well done than what I received from this company and it's employee in Chris.
