  Edwin was very professional & thorough when inspecting & cleaning our furnace. He was also good about answering questions. Very much recommend Buckner for furnace & A/C service.

  I had a leak on the pressure release valve of my water heater. Called Buckners and they sent Mayrel S out first thing in the morning. She called ahead of time and gave me an arrival time. She was very professional, and made sure to use her boot covers which I always appreciate, and got right to work. She gave a diagnosis and got me a price before starting repairs on the tank. Within an hour she was all done and the repair looks great. The new valve solder looks good and the new pipe she installed is a little longer and doesn't touch the tank like the original which is great. She even went above and beyond and picked up some trash in the cul-de-sac that had blown in from a neighbor before she left. I would gladly have Mayrel out to do any other plumbing work on my house. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

  Kyle C. came to scope our line and made a few discoveries that could use some attention. He was prompt: we got a text with a photo so that we knew who to expect at the door: he explained all the details of the process, and timing; he showed us physically where in the yard the work would be done. Kyle was friendly, sincere and very approachable. He did not have a swagger or attitude of a “know it all” - so appreciated. Thank you Kyle!

  Jacob from Bucker came out to service my HVAC unit. It is a ground source unit that he was not familiar with. He was very professional and instead of just rescheduling, he called in to the shop to discuss. He asked if I minded a short delay, and I did not. Mike came out very quickly to service the unit and teach Jacob about that particular ground source. I got a great deal and Jacob expanded his scope. Buckners is a great company and takes good care of both its customers and techs! Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience with your company from start to finish. After receiving several quotes, it was clear that Bukner’s was the right choice for the job. On the day of installation, the crew arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and worked efficiently to complete the entire project in a single day. I am very happy with my new Lennox HVAC system and hot water heater. I also appreciated that everything was thoroughly tested at the end of the day, and the team took the time to walk me through the operation of the new thermostat. Thank you for the excellent service.
