- RMRonald MeadeOct 7, 20255.0Robert showed up during the designated appointment time. He looked at the problem and quickly corrected it. He explained why it happened and how to avoid it recurring. He vacuumed up the site and since I had another issue with a main stack drip in the garage, he proceeded to evaluate that quickly, as well. Aaron's had replaced the main stack last year, with no problems. Robert looked at the drip and observed a possible small gap, so he applied some sealant to the location. That was after having me flush both toilets so he could observe for any leaks. He prescribed a course of action if the sealant didn't work. He explained the pricing and advised me to call the company for a follow up. We had just finished with Integrated Solutions Construction replacing the entire upstairs flooring, and a remodel of the small master bathroom. A new toilet had been installed, and then we sustained the leak into our garage. Robert explained the plastic collar could have gotten cracked during the toilet installation, or the collar possibly needed an adapter for the new flooring height. Impossible to tell without removing the toilet. Robert was friendly and personable, and I felt very comfortable with his work and advice. It looks like I will be calling Aaron's soon, since my garage leak is still present. Aaron's Services has got my vote for plumbing repairs in my home, very confident in their expertise. Ron M
