Had a blowout over an hour away. No spare tire on the trailer it was over an hour away. Get the spare on and it about blows because the trailer is not functionable. Had to pay $350 to have the trailer towed back. A 3 hour day turned into a 13 hour day. They put the wrong trailer on the paper work and then changed it to the right one afterwards. Front desk lady was making snobby comments and rude. Then they only wanted to pay for the flat and not the tow. So were out $350 for a trailer that wasn’t even drivable with any load. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Would have been better off just having the tow truck drive our lumber back.
