He texts right back that he'll bring out a couple today. And he did. Show'd me how to install (it's a fancy pants filter) and said he wasn't charging me for the visit, just the filters. (1/17/20) Couldn't find a link to add a new review so I'll just add to this one from a year ago... We’ve been using Butzer for years and they never disappoint. We bought one of their top-of-the-line heating/AC units a couple of years ago and it’s been great. This winter we’ve noticed the house has been really dry and there was a service light on the humidifier element. I texted one of the Dave (who gave me his mobile number and told me to text him day or night) and next day he and Mark came out (freezing rain at the time). They found the problem (a filter that had never been changed) and fixed it on the spot. Even took time to check the hardness of our water which feeds the system. And every experience with Butzer has been like this. I don’t know if Butzer is more expensive than “the other guys” but do not care. They are worth whatever they charge.
