- IIIlaMar 19, 20211.0We rented a piece of equipment for 2 hours. Brad never reviewed the condition of the equipment with us to make sure that there was no damage, but when we brought it back they said we cut the power cord. It never happened when we only pulled the cord out 6-8” because we had an extension cord right there. Brad told us that they video condition the equipment before it goes out but they don’t pull the electrical cord all the way out to video it. Brad said they have it happen frequently with consumer rentals versus commercial rentals. Can I say scamming consumers!! DO NOT RENT ANYTHING from them unless you examine every piece of the equipment you rent.
