He did not have to get out of his truck to dump my bin, but he does get out to leave me this stupid hanger. The dumpsters were put at the curb last night and if they were moved, it was your trash guys that did it since they are right next to each other. I’m looking to take my business elsewhere.

They are courteous, professional, drive clean trucks, and most importantly, have *always* picked up the trash at the expected time. When I needed to schedule the pick up of larger items, it was easy and inexpensive. I sincerely appreciate Ted's Trash service and their crew.

- BBbrandon bogerMar 19, 20261.0If you have the ability to have anyone but these guys do your trash I would. I have had multiple bad experiences in my almost 5 years. Whether it’s the yard waste rules. You can’t put yard waste in the can. Not grass, not dirt, only leaves. They don’t tell you that until the cans full and they refuse to pick it up. Whether it’s recycling and you set out cardboard next to the can they take it sometimes and others they leave it. They don’t send out holiday schedules regularly. They have drivers that if you’re getting the trash out to the curb as they arrive they’ll drive on by they already took the picture of your house and don’t need to pick it up even though they drive right back past your house again. Then tell you well they don’t have to stop. Customer service is non existent these people talk over you. Repeat the same things over and over like robots. Treat you like a number. Will never recommend to anyone. Ever.
