  UPDATE: Ken Webb followed up, was very apologetic and accountable, and I really appreciate it. Review will stand as a reminder to his staff to do better. If you didn't order windows, don't worry...Window World will still come to install without your authorization. I should make this clear: We never ordered windows, never had anyone come measure for windows, didn't speak to anyone at Window World. WW called last week to change appointment time. Odd because I didn't have an appointment. Oh well, I thought.. They've must've dialed the wrong number. Then they called yesterday to confirm appointment for today. I made it clear to the lady that I did not have an appointment, did not order windows, etc. I was assured it would be fixed. Then this morning, while dealing with a serious issue at work, WW calls to let me know they're at my house but no one is answering. No shit, Sherlock, we are at work! I check my cameras and, sure enough, they are setting up ladders, unwrapping windows, and getting ready to cut holes in my house THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR AND NEVER ORDERED. She argued with me that I signed an order but I haven't even met with anyone. She says my address, but then says Leawood, KS...a different state. And a person's name that is not my spouse. I made it clear to get off my property. I work with high school students who demonstrate more competency than these people at Window World. Had I not been notified and checked my cameras, who knows what I'd come home to. Save your time, money, and blood pressure and choose another company. ✌️

  Great experience from start to finish. Sung is great to work with. No games with pricing or high pressure sales pitch. The install crew replaced 25 windows in 4 hours. We also used WW in our last house and saved 30%/month in energy bills!

  Duke and his crew were friendly and efficient, and they picked up all areas where debris/dust had occurred due to installation. Much appreciated!

  Let me save you time and money. Their windows are $847 per window, regardless of size, plus $250 "environmental fee". They could have just told me this over the phone and saved me and the sales rep time. Could just buy windows elsewhere for ~ $200 and have them installed by a private contractor or handyman.

  This company is wonderful! Excellent sales, product, and installers ! We didn't do all our windows as we will be adding an addition. However, when that is done, we will definitely be calling them back. The windows are beautiful and for once we don't have to cover the windows to keep the cold out. We are very happy!
