  Jeffery was very continuous and respectful to us, our home, and our middle aged heat exchanger. His ability to inspect the interior and exterior components in the rescheduled preventative maintenance appointment and determine its efficiency along with its current deffiencies helped us determine that he is an expert in his field as a HVAC technician. We will so much enjoy knowing that he has giving us peace of mind when it comes having a comfortable environment in which to live, work, and slumber through the upcoming seasons.   A plumbing nightmare turned pleasant experience, and now we’re even upgrading! Our Tech, Anthony, listened to the symptoms and immediately provided us with solutions. In around 2 hours, this old house has functional plumbing once again and we have the peace of mind knowing who we can call as future problems arise. Update: We decided to finally add a whole-home comfort system to our old house with no pre-existing system in place, solely because the pricing offered was so much better than any previous quote we had received. Call these guys first, or call them last. Just be sure to call.

  My service technician Kelsey was amazing to work with; very professional, clean and got all the work done on a very timely manner. I had originally called in for plumbing repair and while She was here she completed a bunch of preventative, proactive checks on my plumbing system, and water lines and found two potentially Large issues that could’ve created emergency situations in my home. She quickly explained them, gave me the quote and was done within the hour. I would rate her a 10 out of 10 and recommend her to anybody. She was excellent to work with and now I don’t have to worry about larger more expensive issues in the future.

  The service was awesome from the start. I’ll be honest, I was a little irritated at first that they had an automated scheduling service. However, their automated system actually worked!(really well). Then, I was pleasantly surprised that they got me included on their route so quickly. Once Theo arrived, he did a fantastic job explaining his process and was very upfront with pricing. When it was time to have the not fun conversation about the cause of the issue, he was very transparent and provided pictures and videos of his inspection and the source of the problem. After I approved the work, Theo got right to it and was done in a very reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be trusting Anthony’s team moving forward.

  The technician who came out was very nice and gave a fair diagnosis of what he believed the problem to be. I’d give him 5 stars. My review here is more for the company itself. I attempted to cancel the appointment I made via phone and when I did so the representative I spoke to said my service fee would be waived if I kept my appointment. I was surprised at this but accepted. The technician was never notified of this so I still had to pay it anyway. Best case scenario is the company has poor communications with their technicians, worst-case is it was a bait and switch. The prices this company charges are INSANE. They wanted another $350 just to provide further diagnostics and provided an estimate of about $1300 for replacing the questionable hvac board in my system. I found the part online for $150. I’d avoid this company if you value your money.
