We have been requesting plans for an addition for weeks and each week, when we follow up, they say they will get it to us next week. I just called and was met with a rude person on the other line. Saying next week and again and he hasn't even started on our project yet. Be up front with your customers. I have no problem with being told how long something will take, but being told a moving target week after week is not acceptable. This is all we have remaining to submit plans and begin construction.

Apparently my money is no good with them, as I can't get anyone to call me back. I have spoken to them three separate times and three separate times they told me that they would have" the guy that does that" call me back and schedule something with me. I mean it's only $175,000 job so I guess they're either too busy or don't want my work. I would not recommend using gravois truss.
