We have been customers for 6 years. We have always had excellent experiences and many times have had this business go above and beyond. We are moving and I wish we could take Christian County Disposal with us. Many people take great service for granted. We do not. Thank you CCD.

Whoever is driving around in Billings today, let me just say thank you. I lost track of time and didn't get my trash out, only to be signaled by the sound of "too late!" as the diesel went by my house! I hauled it on out there and hoped against hope that he'd notice me looking desperate and sure enough he did, backed up and got my garbage even though he totally did not have to because I absolutely missed the window. Thanks again!

Most of their drivers drive the trash trucks like it’s a racecar. Cutting people off, tailgating, driving with bad attitudes is not safe for others

Had been a loyal customer for about a decade. But recently had some issues. Christian County Disposal posted on their Facebook page they would be a day late in running routes due to weather, which I completely understand. But, they ran the routes on the normal day anyway, only about 6 hours later than normal. Without any updates to their original statement about being a day behind. Reached out to their customer service via Facebook messenger, and was told the post “should have said possible one day late.”
But it didn’t, so stop making excuses. Was also told I wouldn’t be charged “extra” for the additional amount of trash, they didn’t pick up this week.
Well, that is a relief! I’m glad I’m not being charged extra, for work you didn’t do in the first place. Thanks! There has been no attempt on their parta to do this in a timely manner. And now we have a full trash bin, and loads of wet boxes by the street, that will have to be dragged back to the house. And wait till they decide to come back out.
When confronted with the fact I had only been going by what they had posted, and that there were others who I know are not happy either. He just told me that he was “cheaper than the others.” Ok, that doesn’t mean it’s better. And it isn’t enough to keep a customer who has been loyal for many years.
I’m going to start looking around to other trash service providers.
