  I had Eric come out for an estimate last September. He said he would have my estimate ready in a few days, 1 week at the most. Never heard form him again. I've called the office several times and left messages, his cell phone several times and left messages, and texted him multiple times. No response. Guess he doesn't want my business. It's a shame too, because I was looking forward to working with him, after doing an outstanding job on my parent's roof a few years ago.

  I would give NO STARS if I could. Damage happened two years ago. Roof was completed (with workers smoking pot in my front yard). We have called multiple times over the past 22 months to get a phone call back to get the rest of the work done. This company does NOT return phone calls. I would NOT recommend.

  Was asked to do a set of drawings for a house he was remodeling in Festus, interior and exterior remodel... had no issues with him paying me for the work but to this point, and for the last 6 months, has refused to pay the structural engineer fees for the job... i dont normally go to reviews for stuff like this, but when someone is dishonest and wont pay for services rendered, you have to do what you have to do... be very wary of this company...

  Contacted Eric in November about a roof repair. After a few weeks finally received an estimate, approved the work & his guys came 12 days later and took care of that one. While he was there we showed him another repair we wanted done. He looked at it and said they were interested, and could possibly fit us in the following week. Due to the condition of the purlins, time was an issue as the roof could become unstable. Received his bill on the first repair and paid it the following day. On Dec 22, he said he couldn't make it back right away, but would get us a quote and keep us updated on when he could get there. That was the last we heard from him despite leaving numerous messages and texts. On March 8, with no answer to my repeated calls or texts, my wife called from her phone and he picked up right away. When she confronted him about avoiding us, he first said he was working out something with me, then told her to find another contractor when pressed for details. So essentially, we wasted three months thinking he was going to do a job for us, when he was just stringing us along. Quality of his first repair seems fine, but clearly not a reliable contractor.

  Eric was great to work with. He got my roof done within a few days of me letting him know I needed it done. I had a newborn in my house and a leaking roof, that's never a good combo. He's great to communicate with to make sure everything gets done. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to all my friends.
