  I was referred to this company by my realtor, who said she had a wonderful experience with them over the years. Unfortunately, that was not the case for us. At the store, the sales approach felt very pushy, especially when it came to putting down a payment to ensure the carpet would be in stock for installation.  This did not give me warm and fuzzies. In hindsight, this gave me some hesitation, and I wish I had trusted that instinct.  I chose to move forward in part because I wanted to support a local business rather than a big box store. When it came time to schedule, we set an installation date about a week or so in advance. The day before, they canceled. While that wasn’t a huge issue on its own, communication quickly became a problem. After several days of not hearing from them, they called day of asking if they could “squeeze me in.” That didn’t work for my schedule as I had other obligations, but we agreed on the following day instead. I was told the installers would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., but then received a call the day of, saying it would be closer to 10:15. They didn’t arrive until after 10:30—and at that point, it was just material drop off and not the installers. I then waited over two hours before the crew finally arrived after noon. A couple of workers showed up first, with more arriving later, which made the whole process feel very unorganized. To bring in the larger rolls of carpet, they had to go through the back door, which required passing my car. During this process, the carpet scratched both the hood and the side of my vehicle. When I raised this concern, they spent nearly an hour attempting to buff out the damage—something that should not have occurred in the first place. Cleanup was also disappointing. They had to borrow a broom to sweep up carpet fibers, and I had to ask them to come back and clean additional debris left in adjacent rooms that weren’t even being carpeted. In the end, the carpet was installed well and we are happy with how it looks. However, the overall experience was very frustrating and poorly managed. What should have been a straightforward, low-stress project became unnecessarily stressful. To make matters worse, the carpet installed was not even the one I originally selected—I know this because I still have the sample I chose. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this company.

  I’ve purchased from Lou serval times with no issues. Came in the other day to speak with Lou he wasn’t available so I asked to speak with Scott the owner and his attitude was ridiculous. I’ve purchased from you all several times and this would be the third time. On top of having issues with the installation of my very first install. Professionalism and being courteous to your clients is the biggest part of business. The ladies inside said Scott is outside by the dumpsters. I walked out and said Hey Scott and he said WHAT speak with Someone inside I’m not in the mood. I replied wow and with this tone and anger it put tears in my eyes to know this is who I’ve been giving my money to for the past few years and to receive that type of response was very much NOT okay. I went back inside so upset but I decided to leave. He came in right behind me without an apology or anything. Scott you’re the owner and yes we all have bad days but I didn’t do it so you should never speak to a client in that manner. Again I’ve spent over 20k with you and the number should matter but it’s the principle. SCOTT that was very unprofessional and disrespectful . The way I felt about having to replace a floor that your flooring team did 2 yrs ago I wanted to come in yelling as well with frustration and anger, but I didn’t. I expect the same respect.

  AVOID!! Bought nearly 20k of LVP for my house and within a month it was buckling and peeling up. I got the flooring recommended by the sales team. I called and was given a half-assed excuse about old houses having moisture issues. It took 4 years to have the funds to replace their shoddy work and the new installer couldn't believe all the corners BB cut. As a young woman and new homeowner I felt completely taken advantage of.

  We had LVT and carpet installed throughout our house. The price was right, installation was perfection, and Lou was great to work with. They were able to accommodate our schedule between closing and moving in.

  Sales need to communicate better with customers. Overheard workers while installing my floors stating that they didn't have enough nails to nail my original baseboard back correctly, a few days later I observe some of my baseboards were loose and damage.
