They installed a new water heater and even got in touch with a company to come down and help with water damage and to help put in a claim to insurance co. I have used Kevin Ginnings several time since last year and am so happy to have them help with all my p.umbing problems.

They were intentional on keeping things clean…covered their shoes and even laid a sheet down to avoid getting anything from their machine on the carpet. He was also very thorough in explaining the problem and what needed done. Professional & friendly! Thanks Jesse!

- PGPaula GunlockDec 17, 20255.0I called their office in the morning as my old water heater had gone out the previous night. They sent Jim & Luke (I think that was their names) out a few hours later. They explained & showed me what the issues were & gave me a few options. Going with a new water heater, I asked when they could install it. They said they’d have someone bring them the new one & they’d have it installed within a couple of hours. And they did! I was so relieved, amazed & impressed! They explained everything to me, including the warranty. Both of the guys were very knowledgeable & friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks guys!
