- AKAudrey KelleyJan 8, 20261.0I’ll start off by saying the employees are really nice but that doesn’t get things done, and speaking to the manager, does nothing either. I’m not sure how this business has survived this long. Communication is horrible…actually there is none unless the customer initiates it. We are still waiting for flooring to be fixed that the installers ripped when they installed it…it’s only been four months. 🤦♀️ Stay away from this place!
- KHKimberly HernandezJun 17, 20225.0In the past year I've had Carpet Corner complete 3 separate jobs. 1st was carpet in 2 bedrooms in the basement. 2nd was putting new flooring in the basement common area downstairs (my basement is now completely finished) and the 3rd job was new flooring upstairs in my living room, dining room and hallway. I have gone back to them Every Time! The work is beautiful, so professional and it all looks so amazing. I definitely will return again when I'm ready to do my kitchen and upstairs bedrooms, you can count on it. Plus all of the installers were top notch, I had Peter and his Nephew and they were so good!!!
- BFBrian FosterMar 8, 20194.0Staff was great helping us decide on a product we wanted. It was nice to have a little more 1-on-1 service compared to NFM. Everything was pretty seamless and installation went great! We had carpet installed throughout the house and vinyl put in our bathroom where there was previously carpet. The only thing I'm less than satisfied with, is there's a pretty noticeable seam in the hallway (which, I get it, you may see some seams - but the rest of the seams looked great), and the vinyl is beginning to bubble in one part of the bathroom after less than a year. I wouldn't avoid this place, but I'd definitely be more mindful of the work as it's being done.
