The issue should not have happened, but we are happy with how it was resolved. The manager was also very accommodating in fitting us in urgently.

There was a mix up with our scheduled time for him to come, which was likely my error, but Kat at the main office worked with us and was able to get our appointment time switched, to the time I needed, with very short notice.

My husband and I liked him and the work he accomplished for our Generac 22Kw generator. We had someone come out that was closer to our home and unfortunately that was a mistake, our Mobile link was left non-functioning by this person, and it was in perfect working order before that visit. So We paid to have our machine's maintenance done and it was perfect before it was touched by this person and wasn't when they left it. We learned that trying to save time and money ends up costing more. Chris Wood from Tri-State did a fabulous job and got Mobile Link back up and connected again and put the correct Spark Plugs back in this machine. Chris is a great guy and friendly as well as Professional. ***** 5 Stars of Five for Chris Wood

We have had a few issue lately and Chris has been on top of diagnosing the issue and promptly returning to complete the work. He is extremely helpful in explaining the details, is prompt, respectful of the property, and seems very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Chris and are so happy to see it is him that will be providing our service. I only wish there were more technicians like Chris out there!! Thank you TriState for the excellent service and care.
