  Sometimes you just get lucky and find a company you love and trust. This small family owned business has a customer for life. I met Tyson about a year ago when our home was hit by a tornado. They thoroughly went through my system to make sure it wasn't damaged and moved the unit back on the pad. I purchased the service plan at that time. Everything was explained perfectly and I knew what service I would receive. When our heat went out in the winter, Tyson was there immediately to get us heated up again. I just can't tell you how awesome the service is and fast. They really do care. It shows. Bonus points for getting past our Great Dane. Not only does he remember Tyson and let him in our home, he follows him around and hugs him. If you get past the dog, you're A+ and allowed in our home anytime. Thank you Tyson and Patriot!

  What a great experience! Not only are they a great looking group of guys but they saved me a lot of money on my energy bill while leaving me smiling and satisfied! Highly recommend this group of honest individuals who care about you personally !

  Such a wonderful company to work with. Tyson was very kind and professional. He was able to answer every question we had while being honest. We never felt like they were just trying to sell us something. In a society where Customer service is non-existent that is not the case with these guys.

  I can’t say enough great things about this company! I already knew Nick when I first reached out, and he quickly scheduled a site visit just a few days later—very fast and efficient. Always a pleasure to work with Nick. He sent Tyson Eaton, who was fantastic to work with. He was honest, approachable, and more than willing to accommodate our needs. Always smiling, professional, and easy to talk to, he made the whole experience enjoyable. Patriot has definitely earned a long-term customer, and I’m excited to see the results of the new system installation!

  Please be VERY cautious with this company !!! They have a very "salesy" way of doing things with promises. I thought they were doing some maintenance on my unit, but any needs were extra. The promised 90 minutes was not even close and designed TO SELL and MAKE THEM MONEY. I don't even have time to list all the baloney/ BS they spoke of and never got the report I was promised.PLEASE check other companies before doing anything with Patriot
