  We purchased a shed from Tuff Shed in July 2024. We paid $5667.00. Our shed was installed August 15, 2024. We noticed shingles falling off July 26, 2025, less than a year of having it installed. We contacted Tuff Shed August 15, 2025 about the warranty for repair. For whatever reason we were never able to speak to anyone live about our warranty or what we wanted, we got a lot of run around and hearing “someone will call you”, but never did. We finally get someone out to repair the roof on September 2, 2025. However we were told that they are no longer able to get the same color shingles that we had purchased just a year ago, so he brought different shades for me to see and choose. This shed was almost $6000 and barely a year old, I did NOT want a mis-matched roof. I told the man the same thing we had told SEVERAL other Tuff shed employees/reps/customer service, who ever we kept getting the run around from that at this point we want the entire roof replaced with matching shingles or an estimate on a discounted rate for upgrading to a metal roof. Today is January 25, 2026, our roof is still not fixed or repaired and we have not heard from anyone from Tuff Shed since mid October. We chose to go with Tuff Shed because of their name and thinking it was a good company that would provide a quality shed that would last for years. We are extremely disappointed in their lack of care, communication and backing their work and products.

  I had the pleasure of working with, Martin N, with Tuff Shed. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, as he guided me throughout the entire process of getting my new Tuff Shed. The kindness and professionalism I received from, Martin, really helped make my situation brighter, as I am a tornado victim. A recent tornado caused a tree to fall on my old shed, thus my need for a new one. So, Martin, has been more than helpful to help me make lemonade out of the lemons that life has thrown my way, and is helping me move forward with getting a Tuff Shed! Thank you, Martin, and thank you Tuff Shed!! Keep up the great work!!

  I hit the jackpot with Martin and the installers, not so much with the scheduling dept. The installers called when they were on their way as scheduled and started on the shed and when it was time to install the door the hinges were on the wrong side, so they said they would have a new door made and be back after noon 2 days later, luckily they gave me their number in case I had questions or something came up, well 2 days later came and the scheduling dept. called and said they wanted to reschedule for next week, I said that was unacceptable and she said she would call me back, while waiting for her call that never came, I called the installers and they said they were still coming as planned and they would call me when they were on their way. They finished the shed that day, cleaned up the area, and had me look it over to make sure I was satisfied. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and quality of work of the installers. Martin from the Fenton office was just as professional and walked us through the whole process. I wasn’t sure how many stars to give because of the scheduling dept. so I will give them 1 star and Martin and the installers 5 stars.
