We never felt like they were just trying to sell us something. In a society where Customer service is non-existent that is not the case with these guys.

I already knew Nick when I first reached out, and he quickly scheduled a site visit just a few days later—very fast and efficient. Always a pleasure to work with Nick. He sent Tyson Eaton, who was fantastic to work with. He was honest, approachable, and more than willing to accommodate our needs. Always smiling, professional, and easy to talk to, he made the whole experience enjoyable. Patriot has definitely earned a long-term customer, and I’m excited to see the results of the new system installation!

I thought they were doing some maintenance on my unit, but any needs were extra. The promised 90 minutes was not even close and designed TO SELL and MAKE THEM MONEY. I don't even have time to list all the baloney/ BS they spoke of and never got the report I was promised.PLEASE check other companies before doing anything with Patriot
