  Great job by Joe and Sam. Great assessment and prompt delivery of service. We have the team over to get an additional outlet put in our basement and replace all our smoke detectors. They did a great job of getting everything done. The backend support also needed mentioning. They were great at getting our schedule together and coordinated everything really well. Happy to have hired these guys and will do it again if needed!

  Extremely disappointed. Thought the experience of installation went well. However, when it came time for inspection, they twice told me they had an inspection scheduled and failed to schedule it TWICE. No regard for anyone who works outside the home and the burden that it took to take off work to accommodate this. No accountability. No apology. Each person just said it wasn't their problem.

  Angela did an excellent job!! She was on time, actually my appointment was able to be moved up a few days, which helped greatly!! She listened attentively to my situation and was able to explain what she thought the issue was. After checking the wall switch , she confirmed it was bad. The new dimmer switch and wall plate were replaced promptly. The price was lower than I expected and it was worth every cent. I will be contacting Brda Electric for any future electrical work.

  The team from Brda did a great job! Jennifer, the lead technician was good at communicating status of the project and scheduling extra follow up appointments. The project was a little more difficult as we were retrofitting a new battery to a 12 year-old system with earlier generation, micro inverters. But, Jennifer worked through it with the Enphase folks And the project was completed before your end to achieve the tax credit. I was very thankful that Jennifer understood. The importance of the timing constraints and she did everything she could to make it happen.

  An amazing experience. When my dad's heater flashed "Unplug, Fire Hazard", I envisioned his bldg going up in flames while he slept. So, I called a Brda competitor who installed a new outlet-receptacle for $300. However, I worried about the other outlets in my dad's bdrm, so I called around to look for a better price. While some companies pro rate service by the hour, Brda charges a flat fee. Adam arrived and installed GFCI/AFCIs in my dad's 2 remaining outlets. However, they provided TOO MUCH protection bc plugging in a 1 amp lamp tripped the circuit. So, Adam returned at no cost, installed a new outlet and reassured me my dad was fully protected. You can't get away w subpar service today - most electricians are competent and service-oriented. Yet, individual experiences are everything. Adam was amazing - personable and competent - answering my questions w/ ease. I love Brda unequivocally! A+!
